RETURNS FROM ORDERS WITH A UK DELIVERY ADDRESS
We trust you'll be thrilled with your order. However, if for any reason
you're not satisfied, we are pleased to offer a refund, exchange, or
replacement if returned within 28 working days, in its original unopened
and unused condition. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or
refund if items are non-saleable.

Returns by post may take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds,
The Purist will reimburse you using your original payment method. Kindly
indicate the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or
refund. Always include your contact information in case we need to reach
you regarding your return.
Once processed, our Returns Department will contact you by email. Please
note, it may take 3 to 5 working days for a refund payment to appear on
your credit card statement after processing. If you haven't heard from us
after sending your parcel back, please contact us at

FAQ
What if the item is faulty?
We're disappointed if you receive a faulty item. If identified within 20 days
of purchase, we will replace the product at no cost. Please inform us of the
fault so we can ensure other items are unaffected. We'll refund any
postage on a faulty item and cover the recorded delivery postage.

Can I return a gift?
Gifts can be returned for an exchange or gift card with a gift receipt as
proof of purchase. Refunds are only applicable to the original credit or
debit card used for the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of
receipt. Send us a notice of cancellation via email to
